So, ummm, I'm going to apologize now. I got covered in glitter just writing out the cards from the cards themselves....

Does anyone else get extreme anxiety doing this and yet totally enjoy it?

God I am so anal. Like stressing whether the name on the envelope is exactly In The Middle (which I didn't measure out this time so I know they're not), to suddenly forgetting how to spell my own name and thrn habibg to cross my name off the list so i didnt write myself a card lol.

Of course the beautiful gold pen I bought is more yellow than gold and decided a few times to just NOT write. I was tempted to do everyone's card over with silver but I didn't have enough cards and I couldnt find the same card when I went out again.

At least they are done and will be shipped out this week. Yay.

(Again sorry for the coming glitter lol)

Mine are in the mail and should arrive later this week. Enjoy the glitterfest. Also look at the bottom of the padded envelope for some goodies for the elves .

I have a stash of glitter and just topped up what I wanted to the glitter container. Went with larger glitter but added two packages of very fine stuff which just didn't show up in the spooning into the cards part. 🤔

I also glued my cards instead of taping them in the hopes less falls out in transport.

ETA. Finally got it working. The log out, log in, log back out, log back in trick fixed it. Should of tried that first...now I'm going to have to explain what happened to the chicken.

Note, gluing the cards the cards shut DID NOT prevent my purse from being glitterfied...

I missed the Christmas card exchange again. I enjoyed this so much when I did it.

It's my first year and I mailed my cards priority mail a few days ago and they should arrive Friday.

My goal was to follow the rules and get the cards out, which I did, and I feel great. I hope nobody misses the glitter.

Dear lord, I almost messed this up!
I had planned to write and send my cards this sunday but I forgot they have to be received by the 1st of December and since I'm in Europe, it's going to take longer.
Writing them tonight and sending them first thing tomorrow morning.

I have already sent the postage through 'donating'

Part of me is relieved it's only 26 people because less stress

In 2020 I wrote elaborate messages, I won't be able to do that this time but I'll make up for it in glitter! XD
