Well all, this is definitely a bittersweet year. You all know how involved HT and I have been in the card exchange over the years. It is an event that means a lot to the both of us. It was 10 years ago that we first did the card exchange and became friends with MangledHeart and DeeplyScared. Since her passing, it is a tradition that I have held dear to my heart in honor of her.
Sadly, this year we will not be able to participate. We will be elves, but many of you will notice the change of address. HT and I are taking a huge leap this year and selling our home to begin living the dream of traveling. We are putting our house up for sell next week. It could sell in a day or it could sell in months. Right now we just can’t take on any extra.
I have been honored to host the card exchange for the past several years. I have glitter in nooks and crannies everywhere. The new owners will probably be finding it for years (hopefully not dick shaped ones!)
I am not sure where the road will take us, but maybe we will be able to participate again next year.
That all said, we will enjoy being an elf this year and the festivities that go with it!
The card exchange is such a fun tradition. I encourage you to participate.

Inconnu! So good seeing you - big huge happy smiling seeing your name on this thread. Hope you do put on that wee elven hat again this year.
Woez: You guys have been incredible troopers in keeping this tradition going all these years. The exchange has meant so much to me and others here I know. 1000 best wishes and three cheers for your new beginnings.
MH and anyone else taking the reigns this year: hit me up if'n I can do anything to help from my neck of the woods.
And to anyone considering signing up - it really is something to get that big stack of holiday cheer every year.

WOES, you have done so much all these years. I'm so glad you are taking the leap and traveling.
Ok so I have kept my glitter supply in a Tupperware on the top of a cabinet in the kitchen. The other day it "magically" leapt from its spot onto the kitchen floor....thank goodness for a secure top!

When do we get the info where to send the box of cards? I'm going to buy postage today. Please no one send me obscene glitter. Nephew will be opening them. He loves all things Christmas. Nice because ws never cared for it much.

It brings you to the page that NOW says sign up is closed BUT at the top there's FAQ, participants, rules links.
Click on Rules. All the details and address are there.

That was probably due to me not yet updating the postage when you viewed the list. They should all be accurate now.
