I just wanted to post and wish everyone a happy and relaxing pain free (if possible) weekend
H sat the pool up and I thought it would trigger me but oddly it didn’t.
I’m lounging in my lawn chair watching my 2 and 3 year old enjoy the weather and water while I soak up the SUN listening to my happy playlist. I’ve missed it so much.
Today he won’t ruin me.
I’ll take the wins when I can.

The sun and warmth and being outside are some of my favorite things. I can't imagine it being a trigger and I would not have dealt with it well in the early days.
Glad you are staking your claim. Your kids need it too. So go enjoy mother nature and hopefully you are somewhere that these stupid cicadas are not. Measured them at 85-90 decibels the other day. Not conducive to enjoying outside time.
