I second Helping Couples Heal. Best one I've found. Try not to get hung up on the labels. I can't think of anything they've covered that would look different to a WS vs WS who is also SA.

As a BS, I also got a lot from the 2-part interview of Marnie Breecker on Duane Osterlind's "the addicted mind" podcast. I would advise a WS to listen to that interview only if they are really in a good place to hear about the trauma to the BS from the betrayal, as it's a brutally honest discussion about the ways in which the BS is impacted. Breecker & Osterlind work from the relational betrayal trauma model, so as I understand it, teaching the WS about the BS' trauma, trauma response, etc is their step 1 in healing (IOW it's not only for BS, it can be difficult for a WS to hear, and it's also important the WS does hear/learn about it for their recovery as well as their BS' ). Breecker & Osterlind then went on to do Helping Couples Heal. And t
