My last visit to SI was 2019 but for some reason I decided to come check it out again. There is something so comforting about it...to see so many familiar names and to go back to old posts. Its also a little triggery and eye opening. Perhaps I should stick around for a bit.

I found that coming back was a trigger at first, but then realized I had come so far from where I had been that I now had the insight to hopefully help others.

Hi again, Alyssa! Glad to know you're doing ok. Totally understand it can be triggery. I feel that way about some of the forums here.

I have always wanted to have the insight to help others that some people on here seem to have so naturally.

Agreed, I have definitely come a long way from who I was when I first started here and have made many changes. But I guess there is always room for improvement.
