Yep. I really liked this book. Fuck is probably my favorite cuss word lol and I saw it on the shelf at half priced books one day and thought fuck it, why not? Since day one my work has largely been with my self talk and he has a way of explaining it well and giving you tools to navigate.
I recommend it to anyone.

I suggested this to my WH. I may just see if the local library has it or buy it for him myself for him to read. Glad to see another person recommend it.
