How to obtain a police report

Does anyone know how to obtain a police report? If my wife tried to physically remove her sister from a vehicle at the side of the freeway with both my kids and her sisters kids present is there a way to obtain a police report for that?

I can also help you with security cameras and alarms as I have a very extensive knowledge of every single device that is currently on the market. If you have a dead alarm in your house that you might need to protect yourself from a WS just let me know I can help you resurrect it for free.
