He's Gone by Deb Caletti. It first appears to be a "who dunit", but really is about marriage, betrayal, infidelity and divorce.

I thought it was a good read and rang true in many ways. The ending was predictable, but the book gives a glimpse behind the scenes when affair partners marry.
